Responsible Choices for Product Sustainability.
At Artphoto Evaluna, our commitment to the environment is reflected in every choice we make, from the materials we select to our production processes:
- Eco-Friendly Papers and Inks: For our Fine Art Prints and Books, we primarily use papers that are Acid-Free and Chlorine-Free. The pigment inks we use are water-based, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
- Sustainable Traditional Albums: Our Traditional Albums feature Textured Paper, 100% Cotton, Chlorine-Free, Acid-Free, certified for Heavy Metal Absence (CE 94/62), and guaranteed for long-term durability.
- Animal-Free and Natural Covers: Artphoto Evaluna does not use materials of animal origin or derivation for any of our album covers. Instead, all raw materials are natural in origin, and our production processes adhere to the most stringent environmental eco-sustainability standards.
- Italian-Made Eco-Leathers: Our Eco-leathers are 100% Made in Italy polyurethanes and are completely solvent-free.
- Recyclable Packaging: All our packaging materials are 100% recyclable.
- Meticulous Waste Management: Last but not least, Artphoto Evaluna rigorously implements sorted waste collection for all production byproducts, meticulously separating every processing residue. The vast majority of this waste is disposed of with paper recycling, a small portion with plastic, and only a minimal percentage goes into undifferentiated waste.
This holistic approach ensures that your cherished memories are preserved beautifully and responsibly.
Quality: Born from Care and Attention.
Beyond our dedication to quality materials and craftsmanship, we also prioritize the environment in which we work.
All production phases take place in climate-controlled rooms where temperature and humidity are constantly monitored. This ensures the perfect preservation of our papers and inks.
We even have a special room, which we affectionately call the “Nursery,” where semi-finished and newly completed products are carefully housed. Our albums are made from living materials, and for that reason, they need to be protected from any sudden changes in temperature or humidity, at least until certain key assembly elements have stabilized. Inside the Nursery, temperature and humidity are kept at fixed levels to prevent any thermal shock that could disrupt the delicate balance of their construction.
